We also get 5 Star Rating by JPK in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020. Our college is also licensed as an exclusive education institution for the prestigious City & Guilds (C&G) United Kingdom for diploma programmes and embarked on the collaboration programmes with UTM Razak for diploma executive courses. Knowledge and working experience in an educational institution related is preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably male with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Skills required Proficient in Malay and English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Words. Proficient in accounting software. Persistent in following up and through to completion. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Benefit Basic Salary KWSP, SOCSO & EIS Medical Allowance Performance Allowance Annual Leave, Medical Leave & Maternity Leave Attendance Allowance Insurance (Accident & Death) Uniform & ID card Responsibility Maintains floor accounting records by making copies; filing documents. Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups. Handle account receivable, account payable and journal entries. (SQL) Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential. Responsible for Accounts Payable/receivable Ensure accurate & timely data entry into system. Prepare payment vouchers and credit notes etc. Assist the Accountant in preparing full sets and management reports. Liaise with factory personnel, contractor and suppliers in relation to stocks and payment. Preparation of quotations and invoices Follow up with customers on payment Admin duties as required Scope of work will be revised depending on the management\xe2\x80\x99s needs/ request. Starting salary: RM1,800.00 per month Schedule: Flexible hours Education: Diploma Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred)
