Our vocational programmes in automotive, electrical, welding technology and pastry cources was approved by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) under Ministry of Human Resources,Malaysia. We also get 5 Star Rating by JPK in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2020. Our college is also licensed as an exclusive education institution for the prestigious City & Guilds (C&G) United Kingdom for diploma programmes and embarked on the collaboration programmes with UTM Razak for diploma executive courses. Requirement

• KAMS invites you, who with the following (if you have most but not all of these, we still encouraged you to apply)
• Diploma in Business Studies/ Account / Finance or any related field.
• Knowledge and working experience in an educational institution related is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably male with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience.

Skills required

• Proficient in Malay and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Words.
• Proficient in accounting software.
• Persistent in following up and through to completion.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibility

• Maintains floor accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
• Handle account receivable, account payable and journal entries. (SQL)
• Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.
• Responsible for Accounts Payable/receivable
• Ensure accurate & timely data entry into system.
• Prepare payment vouchers and credit notes etc.
• Assist the Accountant in preparing full sets and management reports.
• Liaise with factory personnel, contractor and suppliers in relation to stocks and payment.
• Preparation of quotations and invoices
• Follow up with customers on payment
• Admin duties as required
• Scope of work will be revised depending on the management\xe2\x80\x99s needs/ request.

Starting salary:

• RM1,800.00 per month
