Responsible for the overall accounting and tasks that include (not limited to) AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, bank reconciliation etc.
Prepare payment to vendor and manage online banking matters.
Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
Assist in annual audit and tax submission.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
Possess good computer skills and proficient in MS Office tools, which are necessary for the financial consolidation and reporting.
Meticulous attention to details with ability to multitask.
Independent, good problem solver and committed to meet deadline.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
