ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -
To perform daily accounting operations and data entry updating accounting records on timely basis.
To produce timely full set of accounts up to notes to accounts.
To assist the Finance Manager/Assistant Finance Manager on accounting activities of the company.
To issue cheque payment to suppliers/creditors before due date and assist in cash flow management.
To assist in ensuring company's account comply with the company's policies, procedures, statutory requirements and tax compliance.
Ensure statutory submission are submitted before due date.
Assist in audit & tax preparation and deal with various authorities e.g. Income tax, tax agent, auditors, etc.
Preparation of reconciliation and retrieve old records for clearing of accounts, posting and balancing.
Housekeeping accounting records and maintaining a systematic filing system.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
