Job Description

:



Assist in daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record keeping. Handle data entry for invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable documents. Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting schedules. Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping and audit purposes. Support the Finance/Accounts Executive in closing monthly and yearly accounts. Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and suppliers when necessary. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, Autocount, or equivalent). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
