Job Description


  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, or Professional Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in using accounting software.
  • Fresh grads also can apply
  • Can speak in English, B.M and Mandarin
  • Proactive and capable of working independently.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, well-organized, and possess strong planning skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Can start immediately
Responsibilities
  • Enter financial transactions into the accounting software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Process and verify employee expense claims.
  • Monitor and record petty cash transactions.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
