Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant Cum Admin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions of Mixigo Sdn Bhd. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can contribute to creating a positive and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: Human Resources:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving issues in collaboration with Head of HR and COO.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives.
  • Manage attendance records and assist in payroll administration.
Administration:
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
