Job Description


Location: Emerald Avenue, Prima Selayang

  • Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP functions.
  • Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes.
  • Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry etc
  • Processing transactions, issuing cheque, preparing TT Transfer etc
  • To performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in account department
  • Responsible on account receivable/payable related functions.
  • To process and ensure completeness of accounting records for day-to-day business transaction.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments and reconciliations.
  • Able to work in teams and complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
  • Assist in general filing and administration jobs.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From RM2,200.00 per month Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Accounts Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
