Tanggungjawab
  • To maintain accounting books and record
  • To maintain proper filling systems
  • To issue and check invoices, debit/ credit noted, and other related and similar documentation for any business transactions
  • To record, bank in and issue official receipt
  • To issue payment voucher and cheques
  • To monitor account receivable & account payable
  • To maintain the company assets, facilities and equipment including managing of telephone and door access
  • Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
