To maintain accounting books and record
To maintain proper filling systems
To issue and check invoices, debit/ credit noted, and other related and similar documentation for any business transactions
To record, bank in and issue official receipt
To issue payment voucher and cheques
To monitor account receivable & account payable
To maintain the company assets, facilities and equipment including managing of telephone and door access
Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned
