Account Assistant (double Entry Accounting/full Set Account)

Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handling sales order from customer\'s platform
  • Handling deliver docket and send to respective logistics partner
  • Handling PO issuance
  • Check and match invoice against relevant document and data entry for AP section
  • Reconciliation with customer\'s payment
  • Provide administration support.
  • Assist other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • 1 or 2 years working experience in audit, tax, accounting or commercial line but fresh graduate is also encourage to apply
  • Required skills): MS Office (Basic level)
  • Basic double entry is a must
  • Experienced in Quickbook or Business Center is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Iskandar Puteri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
