Responsibilities: You will be train for the below common tasks and responsibilities that accounting fresh graduates often handle:

• Financial Data Entry: You may be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports, into the accounting system or software.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: You may assist in processing payments, tracking outstanding invoices, reconciling accounts, and communicating with vendors and clients regarding payment issues.
• General Ledger Maintenance: You could be involved in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Financial Reporting: You may support the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, by gathering and organizing financial data.
• Assistance in Month-End and Year-End Closing: You might contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciling accounts, preparing adjusting entries, and assisting in financial statement preparation.
• Collaboration and Support: You will likely work closely with other members of the accounting and finance team, providing support as needed and collaborating on projects or initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or Accounting; Professional qualification such as LCCI/ MIA /ACCA / CPA or similar and a member of MIA will be considered a plus.
• Able to speak and communicate in Mandarin as the role requires to deal with Mandarin ordering clients.
