Account Assistant (fresh Graduate)

Job Description
Location: Sunway Geo Avenue, Bandar Sunway (Nearby public transport)
Working arrangement: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Office based)
Basic salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups Maintain accurate reports and records of client information, updates Coordinate internal team tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements Prepare basic client reports and status updates Handle general administrative duties related to account and project coordination Follow up on outstanding deliverables or documents from both clients and internal teams Support the team in ensuring high-quality service and timely response to client needs
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in accounting (fresh grads are welcome) Able to read and write in Mandarin Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office is a plus Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment Team player with a proactive attitude
