Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with

data entry

and

updating accounting records

in the system Help in the

preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

Assist in

reconciling bank statements and accounts

Support in

filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents

Perform

basic bookkeeping tasks

under supervision Assist with

month-end closing activities

Liaise with internal departments or vendors on payment or billing queries Perform other administrative or accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:



A Diploma or Degree in

Accounting, Finance

, or a related field Fresh graduates are

encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,746.39 - RM3,528.42 per month

Work Location: In person
