- Experience with accounting software and financial systems is an advantage.
- Comfort with using various software applications and accounting tools.
- Working location: USM, Azman Hashim Sport Arena, Gelugor, Penang.
- Ability to read and speak Mandarin.
- Maintaining and update accounting record into Accounting System and CMS System
- Validate Payment and generate Invoice & Receipt (from CMS system);
- Able to handle AP, AR and GL;
- Update Accounting System and spreadsheets;
- Assist in getting ready full set of accounts timely;
- Support administration and daily operation, including ad-hoc assignment from superior;
- Knowledgeable in Computerized Accounting System.
- Flexible working hours
