- Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
- At least two years of accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Follow up & collect the client\'s debt.
- Update and monitor the debt file.
- Check and record transaction fees from the payment system.
- Prepare the class\'s invoice.
- Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
- Managing company assets and equipment.
- Compiling and reviewing financial information.
- Preparing financial forms, documents, and reports.
- Maintaining records and filing systems.
- Performing other admin duties as required.
