As an Account Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting operations of VSPEED WORLDWIDE MARKETING (M) SDN. BHD. in Johor Bahru, Johor.
This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization within the Accounting and Bookkeeping industry.

s:

Assisting with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records Handle accounts receivable: monitor outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and ensure accuracy of company cash inflows Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of accounting transactions Preparing and submitting financial reports and statements in a timely manner Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of financial information Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the integrity of the accounting system

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field

- At least 1 years of working experience in accounting roles

- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Candidates with knowledge of Tax matter (eg. SST, WHT, e-Invoice) will be given priority

Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am -6pm
