Job Description


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in a small practice or SME environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A keen interest in providing high-quality financial support to small businesses
Responsibilities
  • To handle full set of accounts
  • To handle accounts receivables and account payables
  • Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Handle full set of account timely reported to SST submission
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure accurate and timely financial information
  • Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures
