Job Description


Responsibilities : Handling company petty cash and update transactions into the computer system. Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheques, and update sundry creditor\'s payment into computer system. Prepare monthly import insurance declaration. Prepare T/T payment to suppliers, interbank transfer and expatriate salary. Filing payment voucher and petty cash voucher and prepare monthly report on Maxis phone usage, utilities and etc. Prepare quarterly sales report to parent company. Assist in handling incoming calls and banking matters. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of department and management. - Requirements : At least Diploma in Business Admin/Other Relevant Studies. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Good command in Microsoft Office. Familiar with Accounts Payable and Accounting related tasks. - Other Info : Transportation Allowance : RM130 No overtime 5 days work week (Mon - Fri) Office is based in Bukit Raja, Klang
