A Penang island base accounting firm which prioritize with education concept either staff training or client guidance and even sharing information to publics through social media. Therefore we are looking for those who had the same mindset applicants to join our big families. We here looking for 2 position of semi seniors and 2 position of account juniors (Fresh graduates are encourage to apply).

Account Assistant Requirements: ( Mandarin Speaking is advantage)

• Possess the relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examination
• Manage to handle full set accounts are an advantage to applicants.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Fluent of mandarin are compulsory, as most of the client prefer to speak mandarin when discuss of accounts.
• Proficiency with computers and accounting software are an advantage to applicants.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

Tanggungjawab

Account Assistant Responsibilities:

• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
• Processing transactions, issuing vouchers, and updating ledgers, etc.
• Preparing financial reports.
• Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
