Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Accounting, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Result oriented, well-organised, good team member and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
Detail and sensitive to figure, good in calculation
Can work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
Tanggungjawab
Responsible the day-to-day subsales administration and related matter such as collect, gather & checking on documentation before proceed for claim/refund etc
Assist in accounting related matter such as commission claim, reporting, invoice, receipt, JV, bank reconciliation
to prepare a weekly sales report requested by Superior
Keep track on conversion sales invoicing status and follow up
Must be very sensitive and detail on figure and calculation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
