  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Accounting, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Result oriented, well-organised, good team member and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
  • Detail and sensitive to figure, good in calculation
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible the day-to-day subsales administration and related matter such as collect, gather & checking on documentation before proceed for claim/refund etc
  • Assist in accounting related matter such as commission claim, reporting, invoice, receipt, JV, bank reconciliation
  • to prepare a weekly sales report requested by Superior
  • Keep track on conversion sales invoicing status and follow up
  • Must be very sensitive and detail on figure and calculation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
