Job Description


s:

  • Responsible for petty cash, claims preparations and checking.
  • Responsible for accounting activities \xe2\x80\x93 data entry, account payables & receivables, bank reconciliations and general ledgers.
  • Checking and preparing payment for vendors.
  • Review and ensure that all financial information is updated timely and accurately into the accounting system.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties in accounting activities.
    Assist to prepare monthly Payroll.
  • Perform Human resources related duties and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Professional Qualifications or equivalent.
  • Candidates with a minimum of 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will have an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good skills in MS Office. E.g., Word, excel
  • Highly motivated, Fast learner, Possess good teamwork and responsible.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • A details-oriented person.
  • Willing to learn, multi-tasker, matured and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills-Fluent in both spoken & written for English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Must possess own transport.
