Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the accounting team across daily operations (AP, AR, CC, GL), monthly/annual closing, and reporting. Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Support in financial planning and analysis, including preparing financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and variance analysis. Manage audits, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Drive improvements in workflows, internal controls, and reporting processes. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and strategic decisions. Report directly to CFO and engage with senior leadership on finance matters.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional certification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW). 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively. Familiarity with listing processes or having participated in IPO-related projects is a plus. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
