• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Accountancy / Finance.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin or Tamil.
• Experienced in accounting and financial at least 2 years
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like Auto Count System and SQL Accounting Software
• Capability to do full set of accounting
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.

Tanggungjawab

• Analyse the accounting and financial records of company to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
• Tasks include -
• Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconciling the company\'s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Summarizes the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets profit and loss statements and other reports.
• Generating the company\'s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company\'s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company (Auto Count System)
• Preparing and certifying financial statements for presentation to management
• Preparing invoice and settle claim for company
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
