Company BackgroundWe are representing our client which an Auto Services Provider in Malaysia.With the current expansion, they are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Account Assistant to be based in Malim Jaya, Melaka.Salary : up to RM2,600 (Basic)Position Title : Account AssistantWorking Days : 5 working days (Office Hour)Additional Info & Benefits

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing accounts and inventory using SQL system
  • Preparing financial reports, prepare annual tax form & processing invoices and quotation
  • Maintaining filing systems, claim form and providing general office support
  • Collecting & chasing payment
  • Preparing and updating reports
  • Ensuring statutory compliance
  • Reconciliation
  • Processing payroll and preparing EPF/SOCSO/PCB/HRDF submissions
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting OR relevant courses
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with SQL will be added advantage
