Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Filing and Organization:

Maintain a systematic and accurate electronic and physical filing system for all financial documents.

Inventory Documentation:

Assist in tracking and costing inventory sheets, ensuring accurate data entry from physical counts into the accounting system.

Petty Cash Management:

Manage and reconcile the petty cash fund, ensuring all disbursements are properly documented with receipts.

Compliance Support:

Assist in preparing documents and data required for external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or accounts assistant role, preferably within the hospitality or retail industry.

Education:

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Attributes:

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity when handling confidential information.

Communication:

Excellent organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
