Role Description Supporting purchasing and related task that is required for the Company Assisting in compiling all the invoice/billing/statement process for Company In charge for invoice reconciliation and follow up to do closing for the related task assigned especially suppliers/vendors and the outlet. Online updating of Company food management system. Any other task that is assigned by Management from time to time. Qualifications Possess a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Financial Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with accounting software such as MYOB, Autocount Able to work independently and committed to meet deadlines. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Self-motivated and ready to accept extra responsibilities Candidate must be honest, responsible and exercise confidentiality. Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to start work immediately .
