• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office & Excel
• Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision
• Details oriented, aggressive, able to work under pressure, good follow up and organizing skills.
• Possess initiative, proactive, assertive, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers)
• Salary are depending on working experience.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Puchong (We\'re Valorforce which located at Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong)

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible on cash flow control for the company and project.
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors on invoices and payments issues.
• Sorting and matching Delivery Orders (DO) to invoices.
• Reconcile monthly transactions and balance to supplier statement before preparing payment plan.
• To key in sub-contractors claims and staff claim to banking system.
• In charge of handling Account Payable transaction, such as issuing payment voucher, and online payment.
• Liaise with bankers / insurance when necessary.
• Arranging payment for office and project team related expenses, including rental, internet fees, utilities and etc.
• Ensure proper filing of all account payable documents.
• Prepare accounts related report as assigned.
• Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
