Job Responsibility Maintaining and update accounting record into Accounting System and CMS System Validate Payment and generate Invoice & Receipt (from CMS system); Able to handle AP, AR and GL; Update Accounting System and spreadsheets; Assist in getting ready full set of accounts timely; Support administration and daily operation, including ad-hoc assignment from superior; Knowledgeable in Computerized Accounting System. Job Requirements Experience with accounting software and financial systems is an advantage. Comfort with using various software applications and accounting tools.
