Overview



So what is your role about?

  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, and cheques.
  • Code data for input to financial data processing system according to company procedures.
  • Maintain accrual records.
  • Prepare daily cash/cheques deposits and fill out cashbook daily.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Monitor loans & accounts payables & receivables to ensure that payments are up to date.
  • Prepare documentation for payment of invoices.
  • Prepare and post the accounting entries in the computer.
  • Assist with accounts receivable.
  • To co-ordinate the receipt of invoices, statement of accounts & other documents from suppliers.
  • Prepare accounts payable cheques.
  • Enter finalize receipts & update accounts receivable ledger by customer.
  • Mail invoice copies for customers.
Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1 year in related field.
  • Minimum LCCI or equivalent.
