Job Description

-Prepare financial analysis, budgets and forecasts for the company. -Handle petty cash transactions and recordings; -Handle daily banking transactions of receipts, payments and the relevant recordings in the accounting books; -Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, suppliers and etc. -Assist to liaise with Auditor for year-end audit and other related matters. -Assist in annual budget preparation. -Responsible for asset management. -Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly management accounts and financial reports. -Maintain and ensure process workflow and documentation are up to date to the current processes. -Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time. Requirements: -Possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent -At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field -Fresh graduate is mostly welcome -Understanding of data privacy standards -Familiarity with business principles and practices -Independent, mature and able to meet tight deadlines in a challenging environment -Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software -Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and spoken) -Applicants must be willing to work in Senawang -Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. -Full-Time position(s) available
