Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR & G/L.
Manage and maintain the accounting system using QuickBooks.
Oversee monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, daily payment issuance & collection.
Assist and coordinate annual audit activities.
Prepare and present management reports within the given timeline.
Manage and monitor monthly aging reports.
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Monitor daily accounting operations, records & filing.
Continuously improve accounting systems and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in accounting.
Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and in a team.
