Handle a full set of accounts for SME clients, including updating and managing financial statements.
Perform month-end closing and ensure timely preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
Prepare monthly payroll transactions and handle SST/GST submissions for clients.
Manage and oversee the accounting team's portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and review supporting schedules such as Plant & Equipment, Receivables, Payables, and Accruals.
Ensure deadlines are met and work effectively as part of a team.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other professional parties.
Advise clients on their financial position, performance, and compliance matters.
Job Requirements
Minimum
Diploma in Accounting / LCCI
, or
Degree / Professional Qualification
(ACCA, CPA, MICPA).
Proficient in
English
and
Bahasa Malaysia
;
Mandarin
is an added advantage.
Possess a
valid driving license
(added advantage).
Willing to
travel to client premises
when required.
Able to work
independently
and perform under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, auditors, and tax agents.
