Job Details1.Organize and prepare all necessary documents for financial audits. 2.Develop and update the yearly fee structure or adjust it as per parental requests. 3.Maintain records of outstanding payments and liaise with parents to ensure timely settlements. 4.Oversee claims and payments involving parents, staff, and the director. 5.Process payments to suppliers and service providers promptly. 6.Prepare essential financial documents, letters, and templates for accounting purposes. 7.Maintain accurate and organized financial records and data. 8.Draft agreements or contracts for new student admissions and other administrative needs. 9.Assist in organizing and preparing for school events, activities, and programs as required. 10.Act as the liaison with parents and suppliers regarding payments, claims, and event-related inquiries. 11.Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, invoices, and other documentation. 12.Perform tasks as assignCompany Details
