About the job Account Executive cum AdminAbout the Company\xef\xbb\xbfOur client is a building material supplier, founded in 2013. \xef\xbb\xbfTheir headquarters is located in Singapore and their factory is in Johor.\xef\xbb\xbfJob \xef\xbb\xbfResponsibility

  • \xef\xbb\xbfHandle full set Singapore and Malaysia accounts
  • AP - Update vendor invoices to system & payment /TT, and statement reconciliation
  • AR - Issue invoice/DO/quotation, debtor aging report and call to chase payment
  • Responsible for daily accounting activities and preparing monthly reconciliation
  • Intercompany transaction
  • Cashflow management
  • GST & SST submission
  • Liaise with banker, corporate secratarial, auditor and tax agent
  • Liaise with production on stock level
  • HR: Monthly submit CPF for SG, EPF, SOCSO and EIS for Malaysia, and salary/payroll related tasks
  • Operation Admin: Liaison and arrangement with order raw material from supplier, logistics and customer
  • Ad-hoc works that may be given by superior from time to time

  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfAccounting or equivalent background required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Must be able to handle full set account\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf
  • Able to converse in mandarin to purchase material from China
\xef\xbb\xbfRemuneration
  • \xef\xbb\xbfRM 3,000 to RM 4,000
