Job Description

We are looking for a Media Executive cum Admin (Senior & Junior) to provide administrative support to our media operations. You\'ll track advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping. In this role, you should be well-organized with an eye for detail.Requirements:

• Strong command of both spoken and written English (Mandarin-speaking candidates would be an added advantage due to the nature of business)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite: MS Powerpoint, Word & Excel and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage
• Able to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Able to set priorities and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and strong people skills
• Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support
• Maintain detailed records & Monitor media schedules
• Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices and other paperwork
• Liaise constantly with vendors, negotiating and buying media space
• Ensure billing procedures run smoothly
• Preparing payments for suppliers, receiving payments, and basic banking activities
• Handle ad hoc assignment as required
