Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) / 8am to 12pm (Saturday)

Job Scopes:

• Handling the day-to-day accounting tasks including managing accounts payable and

receivable, issuing invoices, making payments and receipts. * Handle general ledger maintenance and journal entries and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions,

• Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Preparing and maintaining financial records including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers and to ensure accurate financial records and documentation.
• Preparing financial statements and reports using Autocount software and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Assisting in the management of the payroll system and ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audits
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Provide support for audits and Preparing tax returns tax filings ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting, finance or related field. However, those with at least accounting certificate with similar experiences are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a similar role.
• Able to handle full sets of accounts.
• Familiarity with AUTOCOUNT accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Salary Range: RM 1500 to RM 2500
