Job responsible :-
1. To ensure timely and accurate update in the accounting system
2. To perform day to day processing or financial transactions and to ensure that they are up-to-date
3. To assists superior as when required
4. Handle day to day operations of accounting records and filing
5. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Specific Tasks :-
1. Processing purchase request from operation and store department.
2. Open purchase order in accounting software.
3. Entering supplier invoices in accounting software.
4. Prepare payment voucher in accounting software.
Job Requirements :-
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduate also can apply for this position.
2. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of SQL accounting software data entry or equivalent
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision4. Possess own transport
5. Willing to work at Sek 33, Shah Alam.
6. Immediate availability is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
