Kelayakan

• Possess Accounting or equivalent qualification (preferably).
• Basic understanding of overall operations and finance functions.
• Aggressive and committed to work.
• Knowledge in computerized accounting software and spreadsheets software is an advantage.
• Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
• Independent, initiative, self-motivated, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicant must know to speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Tanggungjawab

• To handle full set of account: AP, AR, and GL. To handle two account system.
• Ensure all the account payable and account receivable transaction are recorded and updated.
• To update maintain stock inventory. To prepare sales invoice, Purchase Order and expense ant etc.
• To perform daily collection, reconciliation, monthly analysis.
• To submit management report as per dateline.
• Check daily statement and prepare monthly , daily bank reconciliation.
• To assist to prepare full set of account and print out monthly profit and loss & balance sheet accounts.
• To liaise with other departmental staff, bankers, auditor, relevant authorities, banking management and tax agents
• for finance related matters.
• Other related works assigned by the management from time to time.
• To manage proper filling and documentation works in proper and easily tracking record.
• Handle HR common functions such as recruitment, payroll, EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax etc.
• To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required.
