Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/PreU, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Ability to perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and reconciliations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Tanggungjawab
Financial Tasks:
Prepare invoices and official receipts.
Enter relevant data into our accounting systems and databases.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Compile and organize data for financial analysis and reporting.
Assist with data verification to ensure data integrity.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
Coordinate with different departments or external agencies as required.
Take on additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
