Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Report directly to the Head of Finance & Admin, ensuring the smooth running of AR and AP sections. Accounts Receivable (AR) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining accounts receivable files and records \xe2\x80\xa2 Review collection and follow-up payment due from customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigating and resolving any discrepancies, irregularities or enquiries regarding AR \xe2\x80\xa2 Frequent review of AR Ageing to avoid any potential overdue debts and NP \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor payment updates from customers Accounts Payable (AP) \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring and ensuring accurate recording of accounts payable data \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining accounts payable files and records \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and propose payment due to suppliers \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or enquiries regarding AP Other Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with Operation Team for any issue with regard to AP/AR \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all financial deadlines and tasks given are met \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and ensure policies and procedures adhere to company guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least a Bachelor\'s Degree I Accounting/Finance or LCCI Certification \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English and BM \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Outlook, Office & Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Mature with a pleasant personality, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work in a team as well as independently with minimum supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Service oriented, resourceful and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maturity in thinking and problem-solving.
