Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least \'A level / Pre-U, Diploma, Degree in Business/ Account/ Finance or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g: Excel, Word)
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Drive (e.g: Google sheet)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aggressive and fast learner.
  • Good attitude and responsible character.
  • Looking for a stable and permanent job
Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
