Receive payments, record, and issue receipts to customers.
Managing enquiries, registrations, complaints and requests.
Maintain and update customers\xe2\x80\x99 records.
Assist in sending monthly payment reminders.
Maintain and update teachers\xe2\x80\x99 timetables.
Provide support to teachers whenever needed.
Responsible for the centre\xe2\x80\x99s opening and closing hours.
Ensure well maintenance of the centre\xe2\x80\x99s furniture, fixtures, and office equipment at all times.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal.
Job Requirement
Candidates must possess at least an SPM/ IGCSE/ STPM/ A-Level/ Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
A team player with good interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
A detailed oriented person with a good working attitude.
Willing to work during odd hours. (e.g. until 10:00PM)
