Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets
  • Handle daily accounting tasks: maintain records, filing, payments
  • Monitor and manage customer outstanding accounts; send monthly statements
  • Prepare invoices, cash sales, delivery orders, and similar documents
  • Perform reconciliations, journal entries
  • Reconcile bank, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Manage multi-tasking and ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
  • Process payroll, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Provide administrative support
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks like research and special projects
