• Utilize SQL proficiency to extract and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
• Oversee all accounting, finance, and HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, including P&L statements and Balance Sheets, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize risk, and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in accounting and finance to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes to support business objectives and targets.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization through effective communication and training initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience in SQL querying and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial advice and management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
