Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, journal entires and bank reconciliation)
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing
Support in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors when required
Manage staff claims, petty cash reimbursement and supplier payments
Handle cash flow management and bank transactions
Handle SST submissions and other statutory requirements
Handle staff payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS, PCB submission and annual income tax reporting (Form EA, Form E)
Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave administration
Support HR-related administrative matters and company policies
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia required. Mandarin is a plus!
