Open Position: Account & Development, Manager (IT Payment Solution Company)

An IT Payment Solutions Provider company is hiring for Account Manager to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Experience working as Account Manager with a good understanding of IT technologies including Software and Infrastructure tools

-Manage expectations and set timelines with the customers on the issues raised as well as enhancement requests

-Build good relationships with the customers and gather inputs as well as feedback on the usage of the IT products

-Communicate client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and business objectives to the Project Manager and Product Development team

-Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts/ideas to solve issues
