to lead and grow our sales team for our Clinic Management Digital System. In this role, you will drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market reach, and coach a team of Account Executives (AEs) focused on acquiring clinic clients.
Your mission is to build a high-performing, customer-centric team that helps clinics improve their operations, grow their business, and elevate patient care through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and strategy meetings.
Build a collaborative, results-focused, and customer-centered team culture.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Continuously refine target customer profiles and optimize the sales process.
3. Pipeline & Forecast Management
Oversee and ensure the accuracy and health of the team's sales pipeline.
Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
Implement and maintain standardized sales processes using the company CRM.
4. Customer-Centric Selling
Guide the team to focus on solving clinic pain points such as administrative workload, no-show rates, and billing inefficiencies.
Coach AEs to articulate the value of our system in improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and clinic growth.
Serve as the advocate for customer needs across the organization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing to improve lead quality and develop targeted sales materials.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and strong long-term retention.
Collaborate with Product teams by providing customer insights to support product improvements and roadmap planning.
Requirements
Proven leadership experience managing a sales or account development team.
Strong background in sales, business development, or SaaS/tech solutions.
Experience in healthcare or clinic management solutions is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coaching, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
High adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mandarin speaker preferred
This role requires someone who is energetic, decisive, and not passive.
