Open Position: Account Development & Relationship Director (IT Solution Provider)

A reputable IT Solution Provider is hiring Account Development & Relationship Director to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Identify and address customer challenges by increasing business values and solving the underlying issues

-Analyse business performance and develop new solutions/opportunities to align to customers short and long-term business goals

-Manage the overall business P&L with direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals and determine annual profit goal through the budget process including detailed sales, direct contribution margin and expense budgets

-Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the high quality of service and project deliveries to customers

-Good experience working within the IT Solutions Industry with exposure supporting IT-based customers

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and present to the C-Suite stakeholders
