JOB DESCRIPTIONS Page 1 of 2 SECTION 1: POSITION DETAILS Position Title Account Director Report To Board of Director Division/ Unit Management Location Kuala Lumpur SECTION 2: JOB PURPOSE (Brief summary of the position i.e. why the position exists) Supervise account managers and executive, set long- and short-term goals and quotas, encourage new business, and oversee spending. Strong mediator and negotiator with experience in managing multiple teams and clients. You will be the lead point of contact for portfolio clients and will serve as the ultimate company representative when finalizing contracts. To perform the duties associated with your position, in helping Board of Directors managing the company towards the vision and mission of the Company. 2. Perform periodic financial forecasting, budgets, reporting and analysis. 3. Present monthly and yearly financial reports, preparing reports and analysis for internal and external purpose. 4. Monitoring approved budget, analyse track and prepare analysis, analyze budgetary trends and identify risks within cost. Highlight area of concern to management. 5. Responsible for the management and financial accounts, treasury, costing, business operations, sales administration, credit control and audit and ensure compliance with the relevant acts of law. 6. Minimize taxes by studying regulations, presenting tax strategies to Board of Director and filing return. 7. Apply accounting principles and practices, laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures to specific financial issues. 8. Analyse proposed plans and find alternatives to minimize inventory investment. 9. Liaison with bankers and company secretary on treasury planning and director information or company capital updating. 10. Mentor and coach other team member, share knowledge and encourage a sharing and learning environment. Understand Company business and business issues and serves as advisor to drive extraordinary solutions. SECTION 5: QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Educational Qualification Master or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance or Accounting. Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge) Seven (7) years or more of relevant experience as a director, or related title in the industry. Page 2 of 2 Excellent analytical and time-management skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and SQL. Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledgeable of sales process from initiation to close. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Solid negotiation skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and management.
