Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to apply for this role.
• Have no issue to communicate in English and Bahasa for work purpose.
• Candidate must possess experience from similar industry (building/home materials for interior design, eg. tiles, backsplash, bathroom shower, sinks & more)
• At least 2-3 years sales work experience in similar field.
• Past proven track record of above average/good sales achievement in related field.
• Demonstrate of business development in the home improvement industry
• Possess own transport, and able to work on flexible schedule.
• Have no issue to travel within Klang Valley for work.
• Have no issue to report to office based at Bukit Raja, Klang.
• Sales-driven, leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research and establish new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services that fill business pipeline with prospects.
• Drive innovation for generation of ideas and business development opportunities.
• Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products.
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
• Create business development strategies; Identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
• Strategize, plan, and execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company's targeted goals and increase market share.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
• Prepare and submit report to the superior on weekly/monthly basis.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
• To execute other assignments assigned by the Management when required.

Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM Up to RM 5,000 + Out of Office Claimable Allowance

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Alternate Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

The company provides offline to online construction/building renovation materials marketplace in Malaysia. They also offers for overstock inventories which the customers and sellers have wide range of varieties for the materials at a lower cost.

They practice on reclaim and repurpose the renovation/building materials by reusing them. Their vision is "reinforce the global home makeover community thru people centric value while reducing the environment crisis".
